In a village, there were two fruit farmers with different mindsets, resulting in vastly different harvests.

His orchard was neglected and barren; his fruit was small and unripe; his harvest was meager, barely enough to make ends meet, year after year, with no progress.

The other farmer was broad-minded, with the vision of a wealthy farmer, like a wise cultivator of hope, with a long-term harvest in mind. He doesn't seek quick profits; he cultivates diligently in spring with deep irrigation, carefully fertilizes in summer, prunes and protects buds, and controls pests and diseases, nurturing his orchard day after day. His orchard is a lush and vibrant place; his fruit is plump and golden; his harvest is abundant wealth, sweet and tempting, of considerable value, bringing prosperity year after year.

Those who are impatient for quick gains reap only small profits from unripe fruit; those who cultivate patiently await maturity and ultimately achieve great success.
