Enterprise Shares Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Enterprise Shares name, website interface, page layouts, software, navigation, original text, graphics, icons, and platform-created materials are owned by or licensed to Enterprise Shares.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit this content without prior written authorization.

Creator and Product Content

Product names, project descriptions, artwork, photographs, videos, illustrations, books, designs, logos, trademarks, and creator profiles may be owned by independent creators or other rights holders.

Display of this content on Enterprise Shares does not transfer ownership to Enterprise Shares, customers, or website visitors.

License Granted by Creators

When a creator submits content for review or publication, the creator retains ownership of the submitted materials.

The creator grants Enterprise Shares a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display content on creator, product, collection, and promotional pages
  • Resize, crop, format, translate, or technically adapt content
  • Use approved content in email, social media, and platform promotion
  • Archive content for legal, operational, and security purposes

This license is limited to operating and promoting Enterprise Shares, the creator, and the creator's approved products or projects.

Creator Responsibilities

Creators submitting content confirm that:

  • They own the content or have permission to use it
  • The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, or privacy rights
  • People shown in submitted media have provided any necessary consent
  • Third-party brand names and materials are used lawfully
  • The submission does not involve counterfeit or unauthorized products

Our Response

Enterprise Shares may temporarily remove, restrict, or disable access to disputed content while reviewing a complaint.

We may contact the creator or submitting party and provide an opportunity to respond or provide evidence of authorization.

Enterprise Shares does not make final judicial determinations concerning complex ownership disputes and may require the parties to use the appropriate legal process.

False or Misleading Notices

Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive infringement complaints.

A person submitting a complaint may be responsible for losses caused by a materially false notice where applicable law provides.

Repeat Infringement
