This policy explains the conditions that apply when submitting a creator profile, project, product, or supporting material for review.

Submission Is an Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee:

• Approval
• Publication
• Product listing
• Promotion
• Commercial partnership
• Sales volume
• Funding or investment

Enterprise Shares may accept, reject, pause, or request changes to a submission at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Eligible Submissions

Submissions may include products and projects relating to:

• Art and illustration
• Books, comics, and publishing
• Crafts and handmade products
• Design and architecture
• Fashion and accessories
• Film, photography, music, and media
• Games and tabletop products
• Technology and product innovation
• Food, lifestyle, and creative consumer goods

Information Required

A complete application may require:

• Creator, studio, or company name
• Applicant and contact information
• Creator biography and profile image
• Project or product name
• Project description and category
• Product photographs, renderings, or supporting images
• Video, portfolio, website, or social media links
• Product specifications and materials
• Production and availability information
• Shipping regions and expected fulfillment periods
• Pricing and inventory information
• Relevant intellectual property ownership information

Accuracy of Information

All submitted information must be accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

Applicants must notify Enterprise Shares if product availability, specifications, pricing, ownership, production status, safety information, or fulfillment expectations materially change.

Rights and Permissions

Applicants must own or have all necessary permissions for submitted images, videos, text, logos, product designs, trademarks, and other materials.

A submission must not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

Prohibited Projects and Products

Enterprise Shares does not accept submissions involving:

• Illegal products or services
• Counterfeit or unauthorized branded products
• Stolen or infringing intellectual property
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading claims
• Hate, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful discrimination
• Products that create an unreasonable safety risk
• Restricted weapons, explosives, or prohibited hazardous materials
• Unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims
• Products that violate sanctions, trade rules, or consumer protection laws

Review Process

Enterprise Shares may review:

• Product originality and presentation
• Completeness of the application
• Creator identity and business information
• Product legality and safety
• Intellectual property ownership
• Production readiness
• Shipping and fulfillment capability
• Compatibility with platform categories and standards

We may request samples, supporting documents, revised images, corrected descriptions, or additional evidence before making a decision.

Product Samples

If a product sample is requested, submitting the sample does not guarantee approval or publication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the applicant is responsible for the cost of producing and shipping the sample.

Sample return arrangements must be agreed before the sample is sent.

Publication and Editing

If a submission is approved, Enterprise Shares may format, edit, shorten, translate, crop, resize, or reorganize submitted content for consistency, clarity, accessibility, and website performance.

We will not intentionally make a material factual change to a product claim without reasonable confirmation.

Creator Profiles and Associated Products

An approved creator may receive a public creator profile displaying:

• Creator or studio name
• Profile image
• Creator biography
• Join date
• Approved associated products or projects

Enterprise Shares may connect multiple approved products to the same creator profile.

Commercial Terms

Product pricing, commissions, payment schedules, inventory ownership, fulfillment responsibilities, returns, taxes, and other commercial terms may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Submission of an application does not create an agency, partnership, employment, franchise, investment, or joint venture relationship.

Fulfillment Responsibilities

A creator, supplier, or partner responsible for fulfillment must:

• Maintain accurate inventory information
• Meet published processing and shipping expectations
• Provide valid tracking information where available
• Package products appropriately
• Assist with damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective orders
• Comply with applicable product and consumer protection laws

Removal or Suspension

Enterprise Shares may suspend, unpublish, or remove a creator profile or product where:

• Information is inaccurate or misleading
• Orders cannot be fulfilled reliably
• Legal or intellectual property concerns arise
• Customer complaints reveal significant unresolved problems
• The creator violates platform policies or commercial agreements
• The product creates a safety, legal, or reputational risk

Confidential Information

Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, unnecessary personal information, or highly sensitive trade secrets through the general application form.

Contact Enterprise Shares before submitting materials that require specific confidential handling.

Privacy

Personal information included in an application will be handled in accordance with the Enterprise Shares Privacy Policy.

Information intended for a public creator profile will be published only after approval or other appropriate authorization.
